Return Policy
At Aksaraherbals, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products) if they have been opened or used
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@aksaraherbals.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, documentation, and the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at exchanges@aksaraherbals.com with details of the issue and your order number.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
